Konzo's not so delightful Wii adventures PART I

Oh, hello!
Sit down by the fire as I hop in my grand recliner chair and tell you a little story.

The other day, being Christmas Day (oh, my Christmas was wonderful. How kind of you to ask) I received something that was on my list. This item happened to be the newest Harvest Moon Game: Harvest Moon Animal Parade.
I was elated! I would get right to building my farm and creating my reverse harem of fictional game men!
I got to the tenth day of spring, and I had two bells under my wing. I was about to unlock the door to the Fugue Forest...
when suddenly my Wii encountered an error!
It was an error that I had seen before, so I shed a single manly tear (at the fact that I would have to start back where I last saved) and turned off the console.

WELL, the following day when I returned to play again, I discovered that my Wii would not read the disc correctly!
The disc was probably just a bit smudgedy, I thought. So I took out my handy disc cleaning cloth I carry with me everywhere and swiped it nice and smudge-less.

However, that was not the case!
My Wii still would not read the disc correctly; even my NarOOto game would not operate in the system.
I stroked my imaginary beard, and went to find other solutions.

Through some extensive research, I found that it may be the inside of the Wii that was smudgedy!
Oh dear oh my!

To Be Continued in Part II
